So this blog is more for me, than any of my readers. This has been a very hard week for me physically, mentally and emotionally. I have been pretty sick with no energy what-so-ever, and for some reason it has really been effecting my emotions. It also was end of month at work, and that is always is such a headache just to make sure everything gets done.

I usually only cry at that time of the month, but this week for no reason it has been everyday before after, and during work. I swear I could provide the water for the Noah's Ark. Does anyone else get like this? Maybe I am just ready for some sunshine, or maybe it's because someone hit my car this week.

Tonight I read the conference talk "Hope Ya Know, We Had a Hard Time", by Quentin L. Cook, and it was awesome. I guess sometimes it's okay when you have no one else to turn to, to tell your Heavenly Father hope ya know I'm having a hard time.

Tonight was a good night though. My roommate and I had a pretty good chat about the gospel, and it was so much fun just to share different experiences with each other, and to motivate each other to just be better people. I know that I am so far away, and I have so much to learn and improve on...but it's definitely something I am willing to strive for.

Another good thing is that Cassidy my roommate, and I have started a food storage for ourselves. We started this goal in January and so far we have a case of chicken noodle soup, Macaroni and Cheese, Tuna, mandarin oranges, water, peanut butter, spaghetti sauce, toothpaste, apple sauce. We are pretty proud. We are also going to start having a food storage night once a week! This is something that my Bishop suggested doing, but you eat out of your food storage one meal a week. This is really great because you cycle through your food, but you also learn how to live off your food storage! We just decided that every paycheck we are going to buy a case of something, but it's a good feeling to know that if something happened we could live on our food for probably one month.

This week has been a real introspection week. I have thought a lot about what I want, and what I need to change in my life to get there. I really have been missing my brother J.K., and my brother Heber a ton. Heber will be home on April 9th, and I can't wait to have him back. He is seriously one of the biggest lights of my life, and he loves to go country dancing! I also have been worrying about my Mom quite a bit. Some things I guess I will never understand, or even know how to deal with, but I guess Heavenly Father puts you in situations that help you grow.

I do however want to say what a strong support my Dad has been to me. He calls me everyday, and if he ever misses a day I always get a phone call the next day stating that he was worried sick about me and why didn't I call him. He has definitely been my confidant, and best friend, and I am so proud to call him my Papa John! I also am very thankful for my step mom. Every night before I go to bed she will always text me and wish me goodnight and sweet dreams!

Anyhow I am sorry for my venting, and complaining. Hopefully when I start feeling a little better this will all go away, and I will be back to my usual happy go lucky self. I really have been blest in my life with a great job that is pretty secure, and guitar is going great, I have great friends and family, I live in a beautiful home, and I even learned some great blues riff's this week. I have been blest with having everything I need and more, having the gospel in my life, having friends who love to scrapbook, I am a pretty good cook, I have great roommates, my closet is now organized, my laundry got done this week, and I bought a couple of shirts this week for 75% off!

Anyhow I am sorry again for venting so much ...Did anyone even get to the end of this neverending sob story of a post? I am sorry!

In 40 days I will have a surprise for all of my readers...stay tuned.

On another note...I had a new guitar student start today she is a 13 year old girl named Megan, and she is adorable. I love teaching guitar, and love making more money! I am however very tired...After working all day, going to the doctor's, teaching 4 students guitar, then going to WalMart, and then organizing my bathroom....It was a long day!

Anyhow cheers to me for being so productive!

So what happens when a 5'11" girl gets a 10 % crush on a 5'5" boy? You guessed it...NOTHING!

So This week I had the opportunity to go stay at the hospital with my precious niece Zoe. She was admitted on Monday, and by Thursday, my Super Mom of a Sister was burnt out. I volunteered for her to stay the night with Zoe, and for her to get a good nights sleep. I thought it would be a piece of cake, but Man did I learn some lessons.

I walked in the dark hospital room, and when I entered I looked down at my sweet sleeping niece and kissed her lightly on her forehead. She immediately woke up, and started screaming. I picked her up, and started rocking her...she continued to cry. I decided to feed her some premade formula that the nurses had given me...She wouldn't eat, and her diaper was dry. I seriously was stumped on what to do. I continued to rock my sick niece, and she finally fell asleep. I got up gently with the cradled baby and laid her in the metal framed crib...the crying began again. I hurried and picked her up, and the crying stopped. I decided that I would just sleep with the baby in my bed. I cuddled up to her, and we both fell asleep.

About an hour later she woke up crying. I checked her diaper she was soaked, I fed her 1.5 of the premade bottles, and then continued to burp the baby...She threw up all over my shirt. I cleaned up me and the baby, and had her nose cleared out by some kind of suction thing. I then laid her in the crib, and she started to cry. I picked her back up, and tucked her in bed with me.
I was getting tired.

This same process went on a couple more times during the night...diapers, bottles, suctioning noses, burping, cleaning up spit up. When I went to work the next day I seriously have never been so tired in my life. I went and got a 32 ounce Diet Dr. Pepper, and also indulged on a Butter finger Buzz...A new candy bar loaded with Caffeine! I seriously don't know how Mom's do it...Especially Mom's who have to have a job, to help support the family.

But taking care of Zoe also made me excited to someday be a Mom. It was such a comforting feeling to have such a precious creation cuddled up so close, and have someone who didn't want the lonely hospital metal crib, but wanted the comfort of being loved.

I guess this post is dedicated to all you Mothers out there who are way under appreciated, smell like baby formula, and schedule sleep in 2 hour increments. Again my hats are off to you!

Well New Years Eve I got my luggage packed, and was headed to the Happiest Place on Earth....Disneyland! We flew into the small Long Beach airport, and when I went for my luggage it was lost! The Delta worker then told me that my luggage was still in SLC, but would be at the Anaheim Convention Center no later than 6:30 pm. I was fine with this considering that our New Years party didn't even start until 8:30 pm.

At 6:45 pm I was still luggageless! I called Delta Airlines baggage support line, and was on hold for 45 minutes. Seriously who actually works on New Years Eve? I know I never do! I called a couple of more times, but just got the same result...a whole lot of nothing.

I finally told my Mom that I would not be going to the Black Tie New Years Eve party that was at the hotel. I don't know how she did it, but she convinced me to come to the party. So in my tennis shoes, t-shirt, jeans, and no mascara I ventured out to the black tie event!

The lights were low, all the girls looked lovely in their black sparkly dresses, and the guys looks handsome in the tuxes, and then there was me! I hurried and slipped on a New Years Hat that they were handing out to cover up my airport matted hair. I then decided that I was going to hold my head high, and party like it's 2009! Brad and I had a blast dancing, playing the multiple Wii's, and eating all the yummy food.

My luggage came the next night, and even though I had no mascara for a couple of days...It was a pretty fun night!
